Please Read Before Scheduling An Appointment! 

PAYMENT POLICY
A Consultation is Required for all First Time Clients, Starter Locs, and Children. Virtual Free In Person $25. No exceptions! There we will schedule appointment necessary for the next service A parent and/or guardian MUST BE PRESENT while a child is being serviced. 

To Confirm Appointment, a $25 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required. The confirmation email will include the address to the primary location. 

Deposit: The deposit goes towards the total price of service. If date/time is unavailable at primary location, you will receive a follow up email to confirm within 24 hours or the appointment will be CANCELLED.

All services include wash. 

TRAVEL FEE : PAID WITH DEPOSIT
$35 within 30 mile radius of primary location. $70 30-60 miles of primary location. Travel over 1 hour is considered Out Of Town. Within Texas: Starting $150 | Out Of State: Starting $450. 

Remaining Balance  Zelle or Cash ONLY. I do not provide change. 

LATE POLICY
There is a $25 Late Fee Due Before Services if you arrive after your 10 minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELED.

Personal Preferences & Items If you have a particular product you prefer to use in your hair, you can provide that. Please be sure to retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation the day of will result in being charged 50% of the service, with no deposit refunded.

• Same day reschedule = loss of deposit

SQUEEZE IN/SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

I do NOT do hair on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday’s. There is a $60 Fee To Confirm Appointment For Those Days. $20 Fee For Same Day Appointments.
